About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing financial services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in graphic design and ready to bring fresh ideas to the team.
A portfolio is essential. All necessary training on the financial sector, FCA compliance, and company guidelines will be provided.As our Graphic Designer, you will:
* Create engaging financial promotions, marketing materials, and branded content for our advisers, website, and client communications.
* Design and produce event signage, conference materials, and visual assets for company-wide campaigns.
* Develop templates and prepare reports, presentations, and brochures, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs.
* Ensure all work meets FCA compliance standards without compromising creativity.
* Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines and visual assets.
* Assist with digital content creation for web and social media platforms.
About You
* A creatively minded individual with a passion for design and visual storytelling.
* Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Strong attention to detail with an excellent eye for layout, typography, and colour.
* Eager to learn about the financial sector and adapt your design work accordingly.
* Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a busy team environment.
* Open to feedback and committed to developing your skills professionally.
