Overview
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our client’s site within Brighton, front of house, ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
The role is based on the ground floor front of house, where the receptionist greets and assists visitors, answers emails and phone calls, handles queries, and performs general administrative duties.
Location and duration
Brighton
Contract dates: 11th to 17th September
Responsibilities
* Ensure a five-star service by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
* Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and appropriately
* Manage the reception and helpdesk inboxes
* Handle queries from occupiers or workers
* Sign in visitors and provide directions
* Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
* Maintain an immaculately presented front of house area and replenish stock in kitchens; ensure areas are tidy
Experience and qualifications
* Customer-facing experience in one or more of the following sectors: Hotels, Corporate, Airlines, Marketing/Event
* Enthusiastic about delivering a high level of service at all times
* Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
* Excellent presentation and professional appearance
Dress code
Must be well presented: Black/Navy suit with matching blazer, white shirt, black court shoes (tie for male).

* Fantastic communication skills to deal with high-profile clients
Compensation: £14ph - £16ph
