Estate Assistant

Estate Assistant - Full time - Days - Leading Property Business - Training provided

Are you an existing Porter, caretaker or Site Assistant seeking a new job in East London

Are you looking to work for a leading employer with great people?

Are you professional, customer focused and looking to work in an excellent setting?

Our leading property client are seeking a new full time (days) permanent employee to work from a prestige site in the E16 area. Working along side the Concierge team, you will ensure the building remains presentable and provide visitors with excellent levels of customer service.

* Immediate start available
* Training provided
* Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
* £26k-£27.5k to start depending on experience
* 28 days holiday per year

Duties include:

* Cover Reception Desk / front desk calls when needed
* Working within the on-site maintenance team (concierge, security, cleaners, maintenance)
* Support Concierge Team with general building up-keep and basic repairs
* Bin storage management
* Litter picking / jet wash car parks / pathways
* Basic maintenance jobs where needed
* Daily site inspections
* Providing excellent customer service to residents
* Oversee / support 3rd party contractors
* Support residents with any queries
* Oversee the cleaning team and support with any basic fix

Experience needed:

* Professional
* Customer focused
* Keen to learn and develop
* Presentable and motivated
* Immediate to start or reasonable notice
