Contracts Manager
Our Client based in Newbury, who have been established for over 25 years are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis due to continuous business growth.
Salary & Benefits
* £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
* Oversee daily operations and delivery of contracts
* Provide support with general administrative tasks within the Contracts department when required
* Collaborate closely with the Managing Director
* Confirm all costings are accurately completed before final invoices are issues
* Produce monthly reports
* Prepare detailed quotations for new business
Skills & Requirements
* Experience within the Waste and/or Recycling Industry is beneficial, though not essential
* Demonstrated ability to manage and grow both new and exsisting accounts
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Capable of multitasking and ability to prioritise
* Excellent negotiation abilities and strong problem solving skills
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
* Highly results driven
* Strong time management skills
* Good IT skills in word and Excel
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential
* Driving licence required
