Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
1. Being a SME of multiple, if not all aspects of the application ( Payroll, Workflows, Calculations, Reports, Letters, Data, Interface etc)
2. Provide training and support to other EQ employees where required.
3. Obtaining, analysing, documenting, and estimating client requirements (internal and external)
4. Configuring and testing thependia Touch application
5. Enhancing, developing and promoting the Touch Model
6. Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system
7. Supporting Project Management by leading a workstream to oversee Client deliverables and working with an Agile methodology.
8. Work collaboratively with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle by leading or supporting with Client facingmunications.
9. Support with visit customer sites when required, with the possibility of working on site for an extended period.
10. Supporting with training needs and deliver training to customers as part of project delivery.
11. Provide expertise and present demonstrations to prospective customers and colleagues from other parts of the business.
12. Support in establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and promoting the growth of new business from those customers.
13. Ensure AzureDev/JIRA boards are up to date inc updating PM/ leads with progress updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
14. Educated to degree standard preferred but not essential
15. Experience in using Pension Configuration Tools and SQL
16. Experience in hands-on configuration of Pensions or payroll software
17. Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry desirable ( Pensions Management Institute Certification)
18. Demonstrable software development capability
19. Demonstratemercial awareness & operational efficiencies / ie generation in current role
20. Previous team management experience.
21. Previous software development lifecycle experience
