Collection. And a duo of mindful hotels which set a slower pace: Inhabit,
Southwick Street and Inhabit, Queen’s Gardens, both part of Design Hotels.



Our flagship hotel is on the brink of a bold new era. Its Grade
II-listed building on the cusp of Park Lane has been sensitively refreshed by
architects Holland Harvey. Interiors are being rejuvenated by Studio Mica and
Studio Est. We have added a new signature restaurant helmed by a world-famous
chef, alongside a dapper lounge and bar. Communal areas, bedrooms and suites
have all been artfully redesigned; our spa and Grand Ballroom will re-emerge as
modern icons.



Conscious, cultured, characterful, and considerate, Montcalm Marble Arch
is a five-star hotel set on a historic crescent that sits proudly at the top of
Park Lane, steps from Hyde Park and the West End, with a toe in Marylebone,
bringing a fresh, holistic hospitality approach to London luxury. The
respectful, sensitive full restoration includes a wellness space,
community-welcoming public spaces and a restaurant helmed by an internationally
acclaimed chef.



Overview



Montcalm
Collection is looking for a skilled and ambitious Digital Marketing
Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in maximising
hotels’ revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make
profitable use of its accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities.



You will be an ambassador of a
wider team and manage the company’s marketing department including social
media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, loyalty management, reputation
management and PR & communications. You will directly report to the Head of
Hotels.




Key Responsibilities





·
Plan and execute all digital marketing,
including: SEO/SEM, website, GEO, CRM, social media, and display



·
Work with a dedicated web design agency to
ensure all Montcalm websites are set up to industry best practice, including
sitemapping and technical performance



·
Continually analyse and improve the end-to-end
customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints



·
Develop social media strategies, including
content creation supported by a marketing executive



·
Maintain a flexible attitude to hosting and
entertaining clients, attending events, and occasional other out-of-hours
responsibilities as needed



·
Measure and report performance of all digital
marketing campaigns, including KPIs and ROI



·
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure
all events, partnerships, and campaigns are adequately supported across the
digital landscape



·
Optimise funnel marketing to ensure all areas
are covered by varying digital strategies



·
Work closely with the wider marketing team to
develop and deploy strategies, tactics, and campaigns to support the business



·
Ensure the digital media platforms across the
company are up to date and have relevant content – including our websites and
social media platforms.



·
Responsible for the line management of the
Marketing team. To supervise, motivate and monitor performance, including
conducting regular supervision meetings, managing sick days and holidays and
approving relevant training.



·
To review all hotel websites to ensure they are
up to date in relation to the competition as well as productivity from internet
segment.



·
To be responsible for Affiliate Marketing.



·
To be responsible for Social Media marketing
and must be fully aware of social media marketing campaigns.



·
To liaise for Reputation Management for all
hotels.



·
To attend management meetings as per
requirement.






Other responsibilities



·
Working within the company’s policies and
procedures.



·
Working to improve the company's social and
environmental objectives.



·
Attendance at company-wide events, including
the staff conference, AGM, company training, etc.






Essential Qualifications & Person Specification



The successful candidate will demonstrate that they have
the following key criteria, personal competencies and skills:



·
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a
related field



·
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital
Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry



·
Demonstrable experience leading and managing
SEO/SEM



·
Demonstrable experience in social media
strategy and ability to grow follower-count organically



·
Experience in optimising landing pages



·
Highly creative with regard to creating content
for social media



·
Solid knowledge of website analytic tools, GA,
and Google Ads



·
Working knowledge of Wordpress



·
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills



·
Experience in SEO-focused writing



·
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously



·
Self-motivated and energetic



·
Strong leadership skills with ability to act as
a brand ambassador.



·
A passion for social business.



·
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work
autonomously.



·
Experience of managing employees.



·
Partnership management.



·
Project management skills ideal (not mandatory).



·
Basic knowledge of updating the website content
and design is ideal (not mandatory).



·
Good knowledge of Excel and analytical tools.
