SEN Teacher Location: Sheffield (S11) Salary: £150 – £250 per day (Depending on Experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? GSL Education are looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Teachers to join schools across Sheffield. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons to pupils with special educational needs, supporting their academic and personal development. You will provide one-to-one or small group support, implement strategies tailored to individual needs, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities of a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher: Deliver high-quality lessons adapted to pupils with SEN needs. Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential. Develop and implement strategies to support learning, independence, and wellbeing. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Skills & Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching pupils with SEN in schools. Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
