Role Summary:

You'll be empowered to take ownership of underwriting activities within your license scope, with opportunities to grow your technical skill set and underwriting authority — all within a supportive, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite and manage new business, renewals, and adjustments: Ensure accurate and compliant documentation aligned with authority limits
• Demonstrate proactive follow-up: Build a reputation for thorough, responsive underwriting
• Grow your technical skill set: Progress through licensing levels while deepening your product and sector knowledge
• Maintain strong relationships: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Support business development and change: Contribute to continuous improvement across underwriting practices
Requirements:
• Cert CII preferred
• Strong underwriting knowledge, particularly in specialist or agricultural markets
• Deep understanding of product coverage and pricing strategies
• Working knowledge of the legal and regulatory insurance framework
