We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management business covering commercial properties across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a varied role, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and compliance activities across a diverse portfolio of sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with schedules and statutory requirements.
* Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding across electrical systems.
* Complete electrical compliance checks and associated documentation.
* Undertake testing, inspection and minor installation works where required.
* Maintain lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and other building services equipment.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations and company procedures.
* Accurately complete job reports using handheld devices or CAFM systems.
* Liaise professionally with clients and site personnel to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Support other maintenance activities when required.
