This is an exciting opportunity for a training professional who is committed to developing care staff, promoting best practice, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. As the Health & Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging induction, mandatory, refresher, and specialist training programmes for care staff across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, the Care Certificate, and company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Deliver induction training, mandatory training, and refresher courses to new and existing care staff. Support the delivery and assessment of the Care Certificate. Deliver training on safeguarding, medication, moving and handling, infection control, dementia awareness, and person-centred care.
