Signature Career Management are partnered exclusively with the brand that is driving the most growth in the high-protein category. They are now hiring for a new National Account Manager to take ownership of Discount and Grocery retail customers, including Home Bargains, B&M, Costco, Waitrose and Asda. With a 30% share of a booming category and support from an FMCG powerhouse (their parent company), this is an exciting time to join a brand that’s broken 7 record-breaking months in the last year alone.

The team has rebuilt the commercial strategy from the ground up, and the results are speaking for themselves. This is an opportunity to lead the Discount channel strategy and develop the Grocery side, turning what has historically been a transactional customer base into a major area of strategic growth. With an awesome culture, a robust pipeline of NPD, and growing visibility, this is your chance to make a real name for yourself!
The role:
* Take full ownership of a P&L across Discount and Grocery accounts
* Build out JBPs and identify growth opportunities
* Land wins with wider Discounters
* Elevate the Discount channel from transactional to strategic, driving long-term value
* Partner closely with internal teams and category to execute promotional plans and NPD
You’ll be / have:
* Experience managing a P&L and building JBPs (wholesale/retail/convenience all welcome)
* Possibly a NAE stepping up, or a NAM ready for full ownership
* Commercially sharp, strategic and eager to build something
* Someone who brings personality, is proactive and hungry for growth
* Strong communicator who can get creative to overcome buyer challenges
