Recruitment Consultant – Catering Sector

We are a fast-paced catering recruitment agency on the lookout for a proactive and personable Recruitment Consultant to manage our Temporary Catering Desk. You will be the go-to for placing chefs and kitchen assistants into schools and educational establishments across the region.
Key points of the role :
* Advertise vacancies to attract top talent
* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and obtain references for each candidate
* Coordinate training for candidates and ensure compliance for school placements
* Working to deadlines, manage daily bookings and raise timesheets
* Communicate clearly with candidates and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Build relationships with clients to grow the business
What we are looking for :
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A flair for sales and relationship-building
* Ability to multitask, have an eye for detail and stay cool under pressure
* Understanding of safeguarding and compliance in education (preferred)
* Experience in recruitment or hospitality is advantageous but not essential
