Description
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel will be:
* Leading and developing the in-house legal conveyancing function
* Advising on multiple residential conveyancing matters - roughly 1000 a year
* Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
* Advising on shared ownership, new builds, RTB and RTA, asset disposals and more
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk
Profile
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
* Experienced in conveyancing law
* Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
* Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
* Interested in building and shaping a legal function
