The Job Role
* Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large team of up to 80 staff
* An inspirational leader who drives service standards both front and back of house.
* An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your team leaders and the wider team, even in times of high demand.
* A willingness to challenge and make improvements if standards aren't meeting required levels.
* Someone who can make decisions confidently.
* A passionate leader who drives sales through strategy and coaching the team
The Requirements
* Experience of managing a multifaceted department.
* Must have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
* Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
* Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
