Our Creative team play a central role in bringing LOOKFANTASTIC to life across every touchpoint – from campaign storytelling and brand moments to the everyday copy that powers our website, CRM, social and marketing channels.
We’re now looking for a Creative Copywriter who can help drive how LOOKFANTASTIC sounds and feels as a brand – someone with strong writing craft, creative instincts and a clear understanding of modern beauty culture.
Why be a Copywriter at THG Beauty?
This role sits at the heart of how LOOKFANTASTIC communicates.
As Creative Copywriter, you will shape the language of the brand across campaigns, content and everyday customer touchpoints – ensuring LOOKFANTASTIC speaks with clarity, confidence and personality everywhere it shows up.
You will work closely with Creative, Content, Brand, Marketing, Trade, SEO and Channel teams to turn campaign ideas and commercial priorities into compelling messaging that works across channels. From campaign headlines and storytelling frameworks to landing pages, CRM and social copy, you will help bring creative concepts to life through words.
Beyond writing, you will contribute to creative development and ideation, helping shape campaign hooks, narrative direction and the messaging that allows ideas to scale confidently across platforms.
This is a role for someone who is both a strong writer and a creative thinker – able to deliver high‑quality copy at pace while building a distinctive and recognisable brand voice.
As a Copywriter, you’ll:
Write compelling copy across LOOKFANTASTIC’s campaigns, launches and everyday brand communications, ensuring the brand speaks with clarity, confidence and personality across all platforms.
Develop campaign messaging including headlines, taglines and narrative frameworks that can flex across channels such as website, landing pages, CRM, social, paid media and marketing assets.
Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development, helping shape ideas through strong storytelling, messaging and cultural insight.
Act as a guardian of LOOKFANTASTIC’s tone of voice, ensuring copy remains consistent, distinctive and aligned with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Marketing, Trade and SEO teams to translate campaign concepts and commercial priorities into clear, engaging messaging.
Manage copy requests across the business, delivering high‑quality work at pace while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Develop and maintain copy frameworks, headline banks and messaging tools that support consistency and efficiency across campaign rollout.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
Strong understanding of tone of voice and brand communication.
Experience writing campaign messaging and creative copy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Confidence collaborating with designers, creatives and marketing teams.
