The ECM Officer is a newly created position, which offers the opportunity for future care progression with the Company. What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based in the Liverpool Branch to support the Care Manager to ensure all care packages are delivered to a high standard meeting compliance standards. The post holder will support the Care Manager to ensure that key performance indicators pertaining to commissioned contracts and regulatory requirements are met. Specific duties include: Support the Compliance Manager to conduct regular audits. Ensure that care visits are completed on time and escalate non-compliance. Support with corrective action plans to address non-compliance and monitor progress. Carry out audits on the client system and spot checks. Conduct observations on frontline staff providing support and guidance to meet compliance standards. Monitor compliments, incidents and areas of concerns and escalating concerns. Monitor alerts and complete appropriate action/controls. Monitors planned, unplanned and unexplained alerts and short calls. Ensure all front-line staff are supported through trackable GPS links via smart phones. About you … We are looking for warm, charismatic, and friendly individuals who can support care staff make a difference to our clients lives. A caring individual who is passionately committed to assisting the Care Manager and the Compliance Manager to improve client care. Ideally, you’ll be able to drive and have access to a car and previously worked in a domiciliary care setting. The successful applicant should possess a Level 2 in Health and Social Care or be willing to complete this. The salary posted is based on working 37 hours per week.
