Contract: Long-term role
Pay: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide individualised support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
* Assist the class teacher with daily lessons, activities, and classroom routines
* Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to encourage engagement and progress
* Help maintain a calm, inclusive learning environment where all children can flourish

What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, communication or learning needs)
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or willingness to complete training
* A patient, positive, and empathetic approach
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
