We require an enthusiastic and caring individual to assist a young lady to allow her to engage with her local community and accompany her to social activities.
She currently lives with her father (and enthusiastic labrador)
Home based activities also welcomed for companionship and to support respite for her father
This role will require someone who is inventive and motivated to support her in expanding her experiences.
Some assistance with personal care also required.
Up to 12 hours are available per week to be decided mutually, we ideally need support on Tuesday evenings to support attendance at a local theatre group and would welcome support with weekend activities
A driver with business use insurance is preferred with an accessible vehicle as the client is a wheelchair user.
A DBS will be paid for by the employer.
