Schemes run into multi-million pound value and are challenging and interesting. They are looking for a senior structural engineer who is good at more than just the technical side of the job. Yes, you will have design experience and software proficiency, but you will also be a people person who is able to liaise with clients and have good business sense and a desire to reach a stage where you are responsible for winning projects. If you have managed your own projects, attending site and client visits, and played a role in training and mentoring graduate engineers our client will want to hear from you. You will work closely with a Director to contribute towards his vision for shaping the business practices, and he is open to listening to your ideas and moving the practice forward.
