We’re looking for a Mixing Operative to join our busy bakery production team.
This role is at the heart of our operation, ensuring our doughs are prepared to the highest standards before heading into the bake.

Contracted hours: 45 hours – Full Time Working Hours: 10am
- 7pm Shift Pattern: Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7 Location: Hendon, London, NW9
- If you live in a 5-mile radius, this job is for you Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing: Accurately weighing and preparing ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
Operating mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitoring dough development to ensure consistency, texture, and quality meet our artisan standards.
Recording batch details and maintaining clear, accurate documentation.
Working closely with production and baking teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Cleaning down equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, organised environment.
Supporting wider bakery operations when needed.
