Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer communication, and liaising with suppliers, couriers, and the warehouse to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
2. Input customer orders accurately onto SAGE
3. Place purchase orders with suppliers when required
4. Arrange despatch of orders using approved courier services
5. Manage delivery-related issues, including non-deliveries, damages, and proof of delivery (POD) requests
6. Arrange collections of goods when necessary
