40 hours per weekMonday – Friday (9am–5.30pm)Home-Based (Must be located within reasonable travel distance to London/Swindon area)Competitive salarySodexo rewards and benefitsJob IntroductionAre you an experienced and proactive commercial professional with a passion for change management and operational excellence?Would you like to play a vital role in supporting a major client within a complex, mission-critical environment?We are looking for a Commercial Contract Administration Manager to join our high-performing team supporting a major Public Sector client.In this role, you will take overall responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of supplier contract changes, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and alignment with client requirements.This is a home-based role, requiring regular engagement with stakeholders across London and occasional travel to Swindon.As Commercial Contract Administration Manager, you will lead the end-to-end commercial change process across the supply chain, acting as a key point of contact for all contract change activity.You will also provide clear and informed commercial advice to both internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring governance, compliance, and value for money are consistently achieved.You will operate within a complex and highly regulated environment, requiring strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of commercial and contract management principles.What you'll doTake ownership of the end-to-end supplier contract change process, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented and reflected in contracts and systems.Act as the single point of contact for all contract change activity across the supply chain.Challenge and validate demand requirements to ensure clarity, necessity, and value.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure changes are commercially and operationally viable.Issue formal contractual instructions to suppliers for operational changes.Review supplier impact assessments and engage subject matter experts to ensure contractual accuracy and value for money.Prepare documentation and materials for governance forums to review proposed changes and associated costs.Communicate outcomes of governance decisions and provide clear direction on required actions.Represent Sodexo in operational and commercial governance meetings, including Performance, Strategic, and Commercial Management Boards.Support supplier onboarding and demobilisation activities.Provide fee and pricing advice and resolve commercial queries and escalations.Monitor supplier performance and compliance against contractual obligations.Manage and assure supplier annual indexation requirements.Deliver reporting and insights to strengthen the Supply Chain delivery model.Develop and maintain tools to track change progress and provide training and support to stakeholders.Ensure all governance processes are followed, including securing required approvals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Support wider contract team activities to maintain service delivery and contractual commitments.Promote and demonstrate organisational values including professionalism, integrity, courage, and compassion.Contribute to the Contract Management community, supporting innovation and development across Property Professional Services.Ensure full compliance with information security requirements.What you bringProven commercial management experience within complex FM contracts.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering effective commercial outcomes.Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end change control processes.Knowledge and practical application of risk management strategies.Understanding of supplier and customer relationship management tools and techniques.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Ability to draft, review, and edit detailed contractual and commercial documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous professional development.DimensionsManagement of end-to-end supplier contract changes across a complex FM supply chain.Responsibility for supplier compliance and performance across multiple contracts.Oversight of supplier annual indexation processes.Engagement with multiple senior stakeholders across client, supplier, and internal teams.DesirableKnowledge of Building Services.Understanding of property, building fabric, and M&E terminology.Experience in customer and supplier relationship management.What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.You'll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you'll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you'll be able to thrive in your own way.
