Responsibilities
* Manage the mechanical and electrical commercial delivery from pre‑contract to final account
* Control costs, valuations, and variations
* Visit sites to support delivery
Qualifications
* Experienced in mechanical and electrical quantity surveying / estimating (retail preferred)
* Organised, proactive, and confident
* Comfortable travelling nationally
