Sales Coordinator • CMA CGM

Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end customer relationships, ensuring timely quotations, invoicing, and payment collection, while supporting business growth and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage the full customer lifecycle from prospect to invoice collection and container release.
* Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
* Analyse, benchmark, and report on market and sales performance.
* Monitor container purchase, sale, and stock levels.
* Collaborate closely with the Depot Maintenance & Repair team to optimize the sales cycle.
* Build and nurture relationships with new customers to support growth targets.
* Integrate new customers into the system, collecting all required data.
* Provide quotations within agreed SLAs and follow up to secure opportunities.
* Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to boost commercial performance.
* Produce monthly market reports and maintain accurate sales orders in the in‑house system.
* Ensure customers are aware of all charges and that freight tariffs are communicated accurately.
* Work with Finance to secure timely payments and resolve queries.
* Arrange customs clearance for purchased units and update marketplace tariffs.
* Support the digital presence of CCIS UK to enhance brand visibility.
* Develop market knowledge of Europe’s global container sales and assist as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in shipping, transport or logistics.
* Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive problem‑solving and autonomous work ethic.
* High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Valid UK driving licence.
