Project Manager | Microsoft Projects

We’re working with a Microsoft Partner who delivers smart, scalable technology solutions built on the Microsoft 365 stack. They work with clients across multiple sectors, including national charities, education, and commercial organisations, combining technical excellence with a supportive, collaborative culture.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and monitoring projects that make a real impact. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery excellence while keeping communication clear and clients engaged throughout the process.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
• Plan and deliver projects from scope to completion
• Define timelines, resources, and key deliverables
• Monitor budgets, risks, and progress against milestones
• Support and guide project teams through each phase
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Produce project reports, updates, and recommendations
• Implement change where required to keep projects on track
• Drive best practice across project governance and delivery
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience delivering software or digital projects
• Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery, and risk management
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform
