Location:Your Vets Rayleigh,12 Brook Road, Rayleigh, ESSEX, SS6 7UR
Contract:Permanent Part time
Hours:18 hours Per week.
Shift Pattern:Alternate weeks.
week 1 = Thursday 8-430pm and Friday 8-430pm
week 2 = Thursday 12.30-9pm and Friday 12.30-9pm
1 in 4 Saturday's 8.30am to 5pm

About the role:
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
* Registering new clients
* Completing insurance forms
* Dispensing medications
* Taking payments
* And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:
* Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
* Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
* An excellent communicator with strong empathy
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
* A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
