We are looking for an IT Support Techncian to p rovide first-line IT support across the business, managing helpdesk operations and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st Line Support for all Group IT issues Logging all IT helpdesk requests from calls & emails Prioritising all IT helpdesk requests (liaising with IT Support Engineer & IT Manager as appropriate) Managing staff expectations across the Group on resolution Maintaining a database of all IT assets & managing physical assets: Setting up New Users Staff Training: IT Procurement: IT Technical Knowledge & compliance: Work alongside IT Support Engineer on escalated tickets as part of the formal escalation structure Perform any other duties or tasks as reasonably required to support IT operations and business needs Participate in occasional out-of-hours work and on-call responsibilities as required What We’re Looking For Great interpersonal skills working with all staff across the Group & professional approach to work Desirable IT experience: Windows desktop support Microsoft Active Directory administration Linux command line administration Microsoft 365 and Azure administration Self-starter, conscientious work ethic, logical thinker & willingness to learn Has prior experience of working in a customer support and/or customer training environment Is This You?
