Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and effective communication. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and understanding their needs, ensuring that we provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Duties
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
* Conduct B2B sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
* Utilise IT systems to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings.
