EU Analyst (AWS, PCI DSS, Communication) – Digitalization of Data – Green Field Project – £55,000 + Benefits – Essex, Hybrid
Responsibilities
* Telephony Engineer role sits at the heart of the ICT team, helping to improve and maintain smooth, reliable communication across the business — both internally and with external partners.
* Plan, set up, manage, and support the communication tools that keep the organization connected — from voice systems to messaging and collaboration platforms.
* Work closely with IT teams, operational leads, and end users to ensure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently, always aiming to improve performance and user experience.
* Capture carbon and cost savings data and provide clear data insights to help customers meet sustainability goals.
* Coordinate with the Unified Communications Architect and other stakeholders to ensure telecoms systems are well-configured and up to date.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Planning and implementing UC systems (VoIP, SIP, messaging), integrated with CRM.
* Monitoring system performance, applying updates, and supporting upgrades.
* Integrating UC tools with Microsoft 365, AD, and CRM — driving continuous improvement.
* Managing vendors, licenses, and technical escalations.
* Maintaining documentation (CMDB), supporting user training and adoption.
* AWS Telephony/AWS Connect experience, and knowledge of Gamma Inbound.
* Strong knowledge and experience in Teams UCX.
* Meta/WhatsApp and SMS Principles.
