In this role you will be responsible for sales activities and development from customer acquisition to developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
Role:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding orders, lead times, product specifications, and documentation.
2. To execute sales of our lithium-based products
3. Set and track sales targets and KPIs to drive profitability of all sales efforts.
4. Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
5. Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
6. Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, regulatory, production, finance etc to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives.
8. Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents.
9. Ensure compliance with international chemical transport regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP, ADR, IMDG).
Requirements:
10. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role and industry.
11. Competency in handling both import and export operations.
12. Previous experience with import/export documentation and understanding of freight forwarding operations.
13. Strong Customer Service Generalist background.
14. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
