The Individual you will be supporting:
A young female adult who is caring, friendly, bubbly, neurodivergent with complex PTSD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, severe anxiety and depression.
Interests are fashion and skin care, cooking (especially food that is culturally important). If you share these interests, it would be a big bonus.
The successful individuals will be joining a small team of support workers to support the individual on a 1:1 basis (rota) to live independently in their own home and access their community.
About you
We are looking for female support workers that are caring, patient and empathetic.
This role includes:
* Household Support: Helping with shopping and some domestic tasks.
* Community Access: Supporting the individual to access the community and participate in activities they enjoy.
* Engagement: You will be someone who is engaging and supportive during activities with a total focus on the individual.

Desirable Qualities:
* Experience in supporting people with mental health, including crisis support.
* Experience of supporting people with Autism.
* Experience of trauma informed care and utilising appropriate approaches.
* Experience of liaising with other professionals in a collaborative manner.
* Good use of initiative and ability to be supportive in various situations.
* Ability to keep cool under pressure and follow clear care plans.
Other Information:
* A full induction and any necessary training will be provided.
* A valid driving licence is essential as you may need to use specialised transport.
* We will require two satisfactory references.
* We will complete a DBS check on your behalf.
