About This Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping young people turn their lives around?
Cumberland Council is seeking a dedicated Youth Offending Team Officer to join our multi-agency Youth Offending Service. We are looking for someone with a relevant qualification (e.g., Social Work or Probation Studies), strong assessment and communication skills, and a solid understanding of youth justice legislation. You will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, flexibility, and ongoing professional development. If you're ready to help create brighter futures for young people across Cumberland, we want to hear from you.
