Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support residents with daily activities and encourage independence.
* Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
* Help maintain accurate records of care provided.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
