Overview
Collaborate with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Responsibilities
* Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
* Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records.
* Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.
Qualifications
* Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
* Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
* Previous cheffing experience.
* Flexibility and have your own reliable transportation with business insurance.
