What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
* Support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Workers to perform at their best
* Ensure services meet regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
* Champion continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we supportPlay an active role in on‑call support, helping your team when it matters most
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and heart:
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
* A proactive, supportive leadership style
* Flexibility to take part in a 24‑hour on‑call rota
