The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and support the delivery of high-quality food across all services.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for your section, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service across daytime dining, group bookings, brewery tours, and weekend trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Run and manage your section during service
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
* Support the wider kitchen team during busy periods
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Assist with stock control, prep, and minimising waste
* Support events, group bookings, and themed nights
* Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
* Experience working with fresh food in a fast-paced kitchen
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Level 2 Food Safety Certificate required
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
