Job Description Summary
As the Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will master Production Technology and Maintenance techniques, responsible for Loss (Breakdown, Waste, Speed), Investigation, and Resolution. You will implement basic maintenance processes for designated product lines and utilize strong structured Problem Solving Abilities.

Main Responsibilities
* Conduct 4 block updates on focus lines.
* Generate initiatives to return lines to LSA.
* Generate daily bottleneck and KPI actions.
* Provide direction to shift teams using data analysis.
* Drive centre lining activities for performance.
* Implement quality improvements to reduce TQN and QN.
* Drive safety initiatives.
* Identify waste reduction opportunities.
* Attend meetings and support problem-solving for line issues.
* Support CI projects and validations.
* Improve Maintenance Standards based on outcomes.
* Coach on continuous improvement methodologies.
* Support equipment breakdowns as needed.
About You
* HNC or Degree in Engineer/Mechatronics or similar.
* 5+ years experience in manufacturing, especially with high-speed automated equipment.
* Experience in a busy manufacturing setting.
* Team player with strong troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and Quality Systems.
* PLC experience preferred but not essential.
