Responsibilities
* Processing orders
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Updating customers on order progress
* Amending orders and submitting purchase orders
* Updating the system and assisting with any administration tasks
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a similar order processing or administration role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast paced office and meet deadlines
* Comfortable using Word, Excel and email
