Sales Manager (Commercial Finance / Brokerage Leadership)
Corby, Northamptonshire
£40,000-£45,000 Basic + Uncapped Performance Bonus + Company Pension + Company Events + On-Site Parking + Career Progression
Are you a driven Sales Manager or Team Leader with experience motivating high-performing sales teams, looking for a role where you can shape culture, improve performance, and play a key role within a growing business?
On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage where you will lead, develop and scale an ambitious broker team while helping shape the future direction of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role offering genuine influence, autonomy and long-term progression.
In this role, you will oversee daily team performance, coach and develop brokers, improve sales processes and reporting, and work closely with directors to drive revenue growth and build a high-performance sales environment.
Commercial finance experience would be advantageous, but strong sales leadership and coaching capability are the priority.
This role would suit a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Broker Team Leader or high-performing Senior Sales professional looking to step into leadership within a fast-growing environment.
The Role
* Manage and motivate a team of commercial finance brokers
* Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews
* Monitor KPIs, activity levels and conversion performance
* Produce weekly and monthly sales reports
* Coach and develop brokers to improve performance
* Improve CRM processes and reporting discipline
* Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows
* Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture
* Office-based role in Corby
The Person
* Previous sales management or team leadership experience preferred
* Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and sales performance metrics
* Experience managing pipelines and improving conversion rates
* Excellent coaching and communication skills
* Commercial finance, lending or brokerage experience advantageous
* CRM experience beneficial (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc.)
* Based within commuting distance of Corby
