Job Role: Cath Lab Nurse

Pay Rate: Weekdays £30 per hour | Saturday/Sunday £32 per hour (Umbrella/LTD)

What You Will Do:
* Provide intravenous support in accordance with BCIS guidelines, ensuring patient safety and care quality within the cath lab environment.
* Assist in complex procedures, including cardiac catheterization, angioplasties, and pacemaker implantation.
* Communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
* Maintain and verify equipment, ensuring compliance with current health and safety standards.
* Offer patient pre- and post-operative care, monitoring recovery and responding promptly to complications.
Applicant Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
* Proven experience working in a cardiac/cath lab environment.
* Competency in supporting invasive cardiology procedures and managing IV therapy.
* Knowledge of BCIS guidelines and relevant health & safety regulations.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends as required.
* Desire to continually develop specialist cardiovascular nursing skills.
