Description
* Own and analyse P&L performance, providing clear insight into drivers, risks, and opportunities.
* Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring accurate modelling, and strong stakeholder alignment.
* Deliver data-driven projections and continuously improving forecast accuracy.
* Performance and variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
* Support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement through financial modelling, process optimisation, and cross-function collaboration.
Profile
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* FP&A or Business Partnering experience
* Proficiency in financial modelling
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively
