My client is currently recruiting a Temporary Estates Operative to support across the Northeast. This role focusses on preparing void properties to a safe, clean, and lettable standard, helping us turnaround homes efficiently for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing empty homes to be "lettable ready" standards
* General estate work
* Clearing properties and communal areas where required
* Cutting Grass, Hedges
* Working closely with trades, housing officers, and contractors=
What We're Looking For
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads
* Experience within social housing is highly desirable
