Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £27,000 basic bonus (up to 20%) benefits

A market-leading national distributor is seeking an energetic Sales Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts from its Tamworth office.
This is a full-time internal sales role suited to someone who enjoys working to targets, building strong customer relationships, and being involved in quotations, order processing, and stock coordination.

The role
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Achieving sales targets by value, volume, and gross margin
2. Managing and developing existing customer accounts
3. Identifying and developing new accounts
4. Producing accurate quotations using internal systems
5. Managing the full sales order process from enquiry through to fulfilment
6. Liaising with internal teams to ensure stock availability and service levels
7. Producing monthly sales reports
