Home Manager - Residential Care Service We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Manager to lead a residential care service in BA post code. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of running a good‑rated service and the ambition to drive the home towards achieving an Outstanding rating at the next inspection. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management to staff teams. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care with a focus on continuous improvement. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and medication management. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. Inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence in care delivery. Requirements Previous experience managing a good‑rated care service. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. NVQ5 - Health and social care management Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Commitment to achieving Outstanding in future inspections. Salary & Benefits £46,000 per annum (equivalent to £22.11 per hour). Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.
