Job description:
Overview
We are currently seeking a Van Driver to join our client in Liverpool! You will be delivering Parcels to residential address's across Merseyside and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van to transport goods between locations
- Load and unload items from the van
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide great customer service at the point of contact
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks
-Successfully complete 70-80 deliveries per day
Shift Patterns:
* 8AM start times
* Monday - Friday
* 40-55 Hours per week
Qualifications:
- Full UK Licence (CAT B)
- Experience as a multi drop delivery driver is essential
- No more than 6 points for MINOR Offences- NO DG OR DD endorsements.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial
