It is looking for a senior commercial leader who has run consultative sales processes and who understands how large organizations by transformation. Someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world.
This hire will play a key role in building the GTM playbook in the UK, with the opportunity to build a team and scale in other markets.
Key Responsibilities
● Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
● Leverage your compliance subject matter expertise to run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with large financial institutions
● Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior compliance stakeholders, strengthening their credibility in the compliance community
● Design and execute innovative GTM initiatives to drive top-of-funnel growth
Experience
● 8-15 years of compliance consulting within financial services or equivalent role combining compliance subject matter expertise and building strong relationships within the space
● Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change
● Proven track record of driving deals and long-cycle relationships
● Ambitious and motivated to build and scale something from the ground up
Base salary to £125,000 to be augmented by equity and significant bonus element
