Key Responsibilities:
* Lead engineering, design, and project teams.
* Deliver compliant, customer-aligned engineering solutions.
* Liaise with EPCs to ensure clear specs and timelines.
* Optimize engineering processes and standards.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
* Develop talent and foster a culture of innovation.
* What We’re Looking For in an Engineering Manager:
Essential
o Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
o 10+ years of engineering experience, 5+ in leadership.
o Experience with EPCs on large industrial projects.
o Knowledge of heat tracing, thermal, or industrial electrical systems.
o Strong project management and communication skills.
o Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.
o Experience with international projects and global teams.
o Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ETAP, or similar tools.
o Familiar with IECEx/ATEX standards.
