Excellent administration is at the heart of our legal services team, and that’s where this role sits: centrally. By providing administrative support to the team by working on documents, updating records, arranging meetings, and collating information, you will be a key part of this busy department.

So what will you be doing?
1. Provide a general and confidential service to the Legal Services Team and assist with general enquiries.
2. Be the first point of contact for Legal Services regarding all administrative enquiries.
3. Maintain oversight of legal services spreadsheets, record and analyze data, and lead on collating the monthly Organisation Performance Indicators (OPIs) and similar reports.
4. Review the archiving of cases and documents, implementing changes to improve department efficiency.
5. Respond to correspondence and write standard and non-standard letters on sometimes complex matters.
6. Provide clerical, secretarial, and administrative support within Legal Services, including handling organizational and customer queries, printing, scanning, and managing post and NAFN checks.
7. Work effectively as part of a team by assisting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and participating in team activities.
8. Attend and facilitate meetings, including taking minutes and preparing necessary information and rooms.
9. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the organization.
