We’re hiring a Head of Digital Acquisition to lead the next stage of our global growth engine. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling our multi-channel acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social channels — with full ownership of demand generation, capture and performance optimisation.

You’ll manage a growing team of digital specialists across paid media, SEO, and organic social, and work closely with brand, product marketing, and regional stakeholders to drive pipeline across our ERP, Automotive, Rental, Field Service and Transport Management verticals.

Key Responsibilities


* Own and scale the global digital acquisition strategy — across paid search, paid social, SEO, and organic social — to drive qualified pipeline.
* Lead and coach a team of channel specialists: paid search, paid social, SEO, and social media.
* Collaborate with product marketing to align campaign messaging and audience targeting across sectors and regions.
* Oversee media planning and budget management across regions, with a focus on efficiency (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
* Drive conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and lead flows in partnership with the web and content teams.
* Roll out a measurement framework tied to marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue influence.
* Own agency relationships and performance, ensuring delivery is aligned with internal KPIs.
* Champion experimentation — from bidding strategies to audience testing and channel mix — to constantly optimise campaign results.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

* 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of delivering B2B SaaS pipeline through digital channels at scale.
* Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and GA4.
* Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of attribution models, channel ROI, and funnel performance.
* Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with content, brand, product marketing, and regional leads.
* Strategic mindset with bias for action — can balance big-picture vision with tactical execution.
