Fleet Administration Officer

Overview
The Fleet Administration Officer is accountable to the Fleet Commercial Manager for providing high quality customer service for Fleet front counter operations, ensuring a well‑coordinated, positive and professional reception for Fleet and Radio Technical Services Unit, including timely query response management function.
The incumbent will provide timely administrative support including correspondence management, filing and support for fleet operational requirements as required to maintain business continuity.
Special Conditions
* The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
* The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
* Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
* The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Requirements
Must have a current unencumbered Class C drivers licence.
Salary
ASO2 - $64,195 - $67,154 per annum.
